OFFCAMPUS PROGRAMS AND STUDIES
Seitoku Gakuen continuously incorporates experiential programs, “off-campus programs,” which integrates learning and life, and takes place out of school from primary school to university.  What’s asked for when one goes out into the world or gets married and has children, is an ability to build harmonious human relationships and willingness for labor.  Through “off-campus programs,” students acquire cooperation to proceed with work harmoniously with others, active participation in group work, ability to unite the group, a spirit of helping each other, a spirit of understanding others’ feelings and sufferings and a spirit of following rules as a group.  They also cultivate a spirit of harmony, such as the joy of labor in group work, the importance of cooperating with others, not doing what others dislike, and looking after one’s own business.
From living under the same roof as a group, and studying in a continuous education system, students can learn the spirit that’s necessary for living in society, such as the meaning of building harmonious relationships with friends and group work, the rules of group society, and traditional Japanese culture.  By experiencing off-campus programs in repetition along with one’s spiritual growth, students naturally foster the essential spirit for becoming an adult for the next generation, and a mother.
