KINDERGARTEN
Laying the foundations for success through play and varied experience

A range of play and experiences allow children to develop healthy minds in strong bodies, the foundation for success in life. Seitoku Gakuen's kindergartens offer a program of comprehensive instruction tailored to the development and needs of each child, promoting steady development from an early age, and helping to realize the kindergartens' goal of "cheerful children, always with a smile."
The educational environment is also designed to nurture children's awareness and to stimulate creativity. The schoolyard contains numerous artistic murals, highly original playground equipment, and natural surroundings, while classrooms include a picture-book library and play corner designed by the teaching staff. Since its founding in 1933, Seitoku Gakuen has offered a steadfast "humanistic education" even as it has adapted to the changing world.

Instilling the "spirit of harmony" in cooperation
with families

Early childhood education is a cooperative venture of the family, which lays the foundation for emotional development through love and discipline, and the kindergarten, which offers an environment to nurture interests and desires through experiences not possible at home. It is important that both sides work together to encourage the development of each child. We aim to instill our founding "spirit of harmony" through collaboration between school and home.

Opening kindergartens in local communities
Our kindergartens provide additional services such as after-school care with educational activities, a special class for children who have not yet entered kindergarten, and education counseling to address child health issues or other issues and concerns of parents. This proactive support for raising children helps enhance the lives of the children, responds to community and parental needs, and deepens cooperation between the kindergarten, families and communities.

School lunches to promote education and health
Certified nutritionists prepare well-balanced lunches each school day. Children are taught table manners and proper etiquette while eating warm, delicious meals prepared in sanitary kitchens.
